Dear BBB:

About three years ago this firm did some extensive remodeling on my Condo in San Diego. We were more than satisfied with the results.

Due to a death in the family we didn't use the property much after the remodel was completed until Memorial Day. At that time my Granddaughter allowed the tub to fill to the overflow and the water escaped into the wall and then out of the ceiling in the downstairs living room.

I was in quite a quandary as to what to do and was about to call my insurance carrier when I decided to call Cornerstone first. The owner, Duane Wilson answered and offered to come by within the hour. (This was over the Memorial Day weekend.) He examined the damage and reached the same conclusion we had regarding a faulty overflow. He offered to do all of the work at his expense including opening up the ceiling, treating for mold, replacement of the offending drain and all repairs.

The repairs have been completed and while I haven't personally inspected them, I am sure they are fine given my previous experience with this company.

The point of this letter is to let you and your clients know that this company stands by its work even after three years. I am very pleased.
